For the 4-day retreat, some of these sessions will be reduced, though the sightseeing tour, sound healing session, and waterfall hike are still included with regular yoga & meditation sessions.

No. The retreat is beginner-friendly and all our sessions are planned accordingly.
We serve 3 nutritious sattvic meals including seasonal vegetables. We serve fresh, seasonal, sattvic (Ayurvedic vegetarian) meals 3 times a day.
Yes, you can upgrade to the longer retreat during your stay, but it will be based on time availability.
Yes, airport pickup from Dehradun (Jolly Grant Airport) is included on request.
