Saptkaya means “Seven Bodies” in Sanskrit, representing the idea that we are made up of seven layers of existence. On our wellness retreat, we address all seven layers of human experience—physical, energetic, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, and beyond—leaving you with a complete holistic experience.
The sessions are guided by certified and experienced instructors with years of experience. We make sure you receive personalized wellness therapy and routines, thus giving you the best benefit—not a generalized or one-size-fits-all experience. To make sure that happens, we have smaller batch sizes.
Our vision is to provide, introduce, and immerse people into Ayurvedic wellness and spiritual wellness and their benefits on the human mind, body, and soul.
We go above and beyond to give you an outstanding experience that includes yogic lifestyle immersion with daily rituals like Ganga Aarti and fire ceremonies. We boast about our immaculate infrastructure supporting all therapies including sound healing, Ayurvedic retreats, yoga retreats, etc.
