Foundational asanas from Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga, sun salutations and much more. Guided classes focusing on correct alignments & modifications. Practice both dynamic & static sequences of Hatha & Vinyasa.
Introduction to various breathing techniques including Anulom Vilom, Kapalbhati, Bhramari, Nadi Shodhan & their impact on body and mind restoration. It prepares the body & mind for deep relaxation.
Practicing awareness of the present moment through focus on breathing, which results in reducing stress & promoting relaxation. Explore different types of meditation. Learn how to teach & build your own practice.
Introduction to Maharishi Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras and yoga philosophy covering Nadis, chakras, the energy channels, etc. Discussions on yogic lifestyle, karma & more.
Basic understanding of human body anatomy—bones, muscles, joints & the respiratory system. Dive into how yogic asanas affect each part. Techniques that prevent injury, foster safe practice, and teach with awareness of physical limitations.

Yes. Many students join during their travels for a spiritual and educational experience. You can book prior to traveling or once you land in the city as per your convenience.
Yes. You’ll receive a 100-hour Saptkaya certificate. That can be combined with another 100 Hour Yoga Training course to get RYT 200 certification.
