You’ll receive a 100-hour certification from Saptkaya Yoga School, which you can in the future use to combine your 200 Hour certification.
No prior experience required to enroll in this 100 Hour YTT course.
Modules covered in our 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training include

Curriculum

 It covers the fundamentals of yoga—origin, history, its different practices, yoga sutras & eight limbs of yoga. An introduction into Vedas & Upanishads to understand the core philosophy of yoga.

 Foundational asanas from Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga, sun salutations and much more. Guided classes focusing on correct alignments & modifications. Practice both dynamic & static sequences of Hatha & Vinyasa.

Introduction to various breathing techniques including Anulom Vilom, Kapalbhati, Bhramari, Nadi Shodhan & their impact on body and mind restoration. It prepares the body & mind for deep relaxation.

Practicing awareness of the present moment through focus on breathing, which results in reducing stress & promoting relaxation. Explore different types of meditation. Learn how to teach & build your own practice.

 Introduction to Maharishi Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras and yoga philosophy covering Nadis, chakras, the energy channels, etc. Discussions on yogic lifestyle, karma & more.

Basic understanding of human body anatomy—bones, muscles, joints & the respiratory system. Dive into how yogic asanas affect each part. Techniques that prevent injury, foster safe practice, and teach with awareness of physical limitations.

Live like a yogi. Immerse in the holistic lifestyle of balance, simplicity & mindfulness. Know & enjoy fresh, seasonal, plant-based meals that promote clarity & calmness. Know about the Ayurvedic principles & doshas.

A Day in the Life

At this stage of your journey, each day is planned to promote deeper learning and personal mastery. Your mornings begin with energizing flows and evenings end with reflective teachings. You’ll experience a balance of theory, group discussion, and solo inquiry sessions.
Saptkaya means “Seven Bodies” in Sanskrit, representing the idea that we are made up of seven layers of existence. We address all seven layers of human experience—physical, energetic, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, and beyond, leaving you with a complete holistic experience.

Our in-house kitchen serves three freshly prepared Ayurvedic meals per day to support your practice and replenish your strength. All the meals are light, made from seasonal ingredients, and focus on a plant-based diet, which is ideal for yogic living. We use only organic ingredients and traditional Ayurvedic recipes to prepare your food.

All meals are balanced with grains, lentils, seasonal vegetables and fruits, herbal teas, and other drinks.

If you have food allergies or are vegan, you can notify us and we will accommodate your request.

As per yogic philosophy and lifestyle, our food is prepared with minimal spices.

Bonus: We can arrange weekly cooking workshops if you are interested in learning Ayurvedic cooking basics. All you have to do is notify the management.
